At 6pm I called the office of Congresswoman Lee to make absolutely sure – and yes, we did it! I’ve also been in contact with some nice folks who talked about planned efforts to direct more international funds to Israeli and Palestinian peace organizations. That was the point of this successful action, to lay the groundwork for more help for the folks over there doing great work.

So, we’ve launched our campaign today. We’ve sent our email out. Past history has shown that these campaigns are most effective when they reach the largest number of people, and the easiest way to do that is for our supporters to forward the Action to their friends, who then can forward it to their friends, and so on.

Additionally, we’ve heard from Congressional sources that the HRes 1369 is scheduled for a vote tomorrow. So, the sooner you act, the better!
